ABSTRACT

This application of mind attempts to evaluate performance management of service operations managers in diversified work-force environment. Three tillages are examined in this inquiry in order to make a cross-cultural analysis. It focuses forward the relative importance of piece of work satisfaction factors and their impacts upon the overall performance of service operations managers. It is also investigates the impact of agriculture orientation of expatriates, gender, age, managerial position, and work experiences differences forward the attitudes toward performance management.
