CapTech lucks Inc. and Richmond Cold Storage Co Inc. have established an RFID Center to provide RFID Testing Services to companies wishing to comply with Wal-Mart, DOD and other compliance initiatives.

The center will use CapTech's TagsWare[TM] Software Solution to manage readers from athwart eight manufactures to test a wide array of RFID chip configurations and placements.
