Bake'n bliss (North Andover, Mass.) has baked up a strange line of All Natural/Whole Wheat PANfree 525-oz Predeposited Muffin Batters for in-store bakeries. Made with natural ingredients and white whole wheat, these muffin batters address novel consumer interest in whole grain yields They are available in Blueberry, Banana Nut Corn, Cranberry Apple, Oatbran Raisin and Triple Berry varieties.

The addition increases the Panfree line, launched this past March in Blueberry, Banana Nut Carrot Raisin, Corn, Cranberry Orange Nut and Chocolate Chip varieties.
