BAKELS, single of the UK's leading independent suppliers of bakery ingredients, has invested 65m [pound sterling] in a of recent origin factory expansion at its Bicester site in Oxfordshire as it drives its business into the mainstream commons processing market.

This progress to maturity which has led to a 60 by cent increase in production area, has been designed to drive forward the company into the top three UK bakery ingredients manufacturers.
